About the event

Marva Rollins: Director of Rollins Education Consultancy Ltd, Marva partners with school leaders nationwide to review, develop, and maintain high-quality educational opportunities for all pupils. With a keen focus on equality, equity, diversity, and inclusion, Marva supports schools in refining their curriculum, staffing, and behaviour strategies. After a remarkable 25-year career leading two primary schools in London's inner-city boroughs, Marva continues to mentor school leaders, helping underperforming schools provide top-tier learning experiences for their students. Jacinth Martin: Organizing a crucial fundraiser for the Croydon Supplementary Education Project (CSEP), Jacinth is at the forefront of preserving a legacy of academic excellence established by the Windrush generation. For over 43 years, CSEP has transformed the lives of thousands of young students and families in Croydon, guiding them to secure top grades and successful careers. However, CSEP's future is now under threat, with their site at risk of being sold. Jacinth is leading the charge to raise £1 million to secure a permanent home for the school.
